Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Growth: Identify new clients, understand pain points, and offer customized talent solutions.
- Account Management: Handle onboarding to delivery, maintain client satisfaction, and drive upsell opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Track industry trends and client dynamics; provide actionable insights to internal teams.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate CRM records and track delivery KPIs like fill rate and time-to-hire.
Who We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in account management, client services, or sales (staffing, consulting, or IT services preferred).
- Understanding of staff augmentation or recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative skills.
- Self-starter mindset with adaptability in fast-paced environments.
