Job Role & Responsibilities

• Assess customers’ needs and guide them on product features
• Deliver online IELTS demo sessions to prospective students
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Handle customer queries promptly
• Process POS purchases and support enrolment
• Drive sales by going the extra mile
• Meet monthly, quarterly, yearly sales goals
• Stay updated on offerings and options
• Collaborate with co-workers to ensure excellent customer service
• Build trust and productive relationships with students

Eligibility Criteria

• At least 6 months of IELTS teaching experience or prior sales associate/fresh graduate experience
• Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, energetic personality focused on customer service
• Track record of over‑achieving sales quotas
• Experience with POS transactions
• Graduate degree—BA/MA in English preferred

Requirements

• Own laptop and reliable Wi‑Fi connection
• Availability for 4‑hour online demo sessions, 6 days/week
• Preferred shift: 5 PM–10 PM or 6 PM–11 PM IST
• Be available for initial 6 days of training (1 PM–5 PM IST)
