Main Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly job costing reports, profit & loss statements, and commission reports.
- Manage quarterly sales tax reports and internal reporting dashboards.
- Control payments and credit card usage across departments.
- Process vendor, contractor, and printer payments accurately and timely.
- Respond to payment inquiries from suppliers and contractors.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities by auditing high spend areas.
- Ensure all financial data is accurately maintained in internal systems.
- Support ongoing finance process improvements and automation efforts.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or reporting.
- Strong skills in Excel; MySQL or accounting software experience is a bonus.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to work US hours (night shift in India).
