Role & Responsibilities

• Answer customer queries about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve complaints, technical issues, or order‑related problems quickly and professionally.
• Engage with customers across phone, email, chat, and (occasionally) in‑person channels.
• Process orders, payments, exchanges, and returns accurately in the CRM.
• Log all interactions, account updates, and case notes with 100 % accuracy.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and address unresolved issues.
• Recommend relevant products or services that best fit customer needs.
• Collaborate with logistics, sales, and finance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Fluent English – written and verbal.
• Excellent communication and active‑listening skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Empathy, patience, and poise when handling challenging conversations.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and customer demands.
