Key Responsibilities
- Watch and audit hundreds of short videos (15–20 seconds) per shift to determine product placements and activities.
- Ensure precision and accuracy in identifying and marking products using Amazon’s internal tools.
- Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks daily (6.8 to 7 hours of video time).
- Support automation efforts in Amazon Robotics Fulfillment centers by flagging discrepancies.
- Participate in performance coaching and quality calibration processes.
Requirements
- Excellent visual attention to detail and ability to recognize objects even in blurry videos.
- Comfortable working night shifts and rotating schedules in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with a disciplined routine from home.
- Dedicated workspace setup (desk, chair, stable internet, and good lighting).
- Comfortable using laptop camera during virtual meetings.
