Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Ensure creatives are uploaded with correct aspect ratios, formats, and platform compliance.
- Coordinate with Production Operations to collect ad assets like videos, images, and copy.
- Analyze ad performance metrics such as CTR, CPR, conversions, and impressions.
- Provide campaign performance reports and suggest actionable improvements.
- Troubleshoot ad issues and ensure policy compliance with platform guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with Ads Manager or similar platforms.
- Ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Good understanding of ad structures: campaign, ad sets, and ad levels.
- Strong attention to detail in creative specs and ad configuration.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
