About the Role
This position is a part of Cognizant’s Global Marketing Insights Data & Tech team. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to define, document, and deliver dashboards and analytics tools that empower data-driven decisions and strategic growth. The role blends business insight, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to capture reporting requirements.
- Guide stakeholders to achieve data insights aligned with business goals.
- Create documentation including process flow maps and business requirements.
- Work with technical teams to translate requirements into dashboards.
- Support testing, deployment, and training for analytics tools.
- Develop user guides, communication material, and release notes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in analytics, dashboarding, or reporting roles.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex data concepts for business users.
Eligibility
- Indian citizens currently residing in India.
- Fluent in English.
- Available to work remotely on a full-time basis.
