About the Role
As a Regulatory Reporting Manager, you’ll oversee the creation and management of regulatory reports for Revolut India, ensuring compliance with RBI and other applicable requirements. You will play a key role in supporting new product launches, regulatory assessments, and maintaining robust controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and review regulatory reports (operational, capital, financial, etc.) as per RBI requirements.
- Conduct regulatory impact assessments under the Financial Regulatory Management process.
- Support product launches ensuring regulatory reporting requirements are embedded.
- Define, document, and manage the scope of report requirements.
- Ensure proper controls and documentation across reporting processes.
- Communicate with data owners to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and assess compliance impact.
- Develop and maintain the regulatory reporting framework and operating model.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in regulatory/compliance reporting or Big 4 consulting/audit.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Ability to interpret complex regulations into scalable reporting processes.
- Self-motivated, independent, and organized with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in diverse, cross-functional teams.
Eligibility
- Indian citizens eligible to work remotely in India.
- Proficient in English and familiar with Indian regulatory landscape.
- Comfortable with remote collaboration and cross-border teams.
