About the Role
This role involves designing and developing HR tech solutions using Workday tools. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, lead configuration development, troubleshoot issues, and ensure scalable technical solutions align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Workday configurations (Studio, EIB, Extend).
- Create and optimize reports (Matrix, Composite, BIRT).
- Manage production support and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and consultants.
- Mentor junior developers and maintain documentation.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years Workday config tools experience (Studio, EIB).
- 3+ years in Workday report building.
- Experience with BIRT, Prism, Extend apps.
- Fluency in XML, XSLT, xPath.
Eligibility
- Strong Agile methodology experience (Jira, Rally).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Preferred: AWS, JavaScript, DevOps knowledge.
- HR domain knowledge (Recruiting, Payroll, Learning, etc.).
