Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage global wellness training content, toolkits, micro-videos, and other digital resources.
- Plan and execute global virtual events like masterclasses, fireside chats, and town halls.
- Create campaigns and internal communications to enhance employee engagement in wellbeing programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (L&D, Comms, Engagement) to produce unified and impactful initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics like email open rates, training completion, and event feedback.
- Continuously optimize content and strategy for improved wellness engagement globally.
Qualifications
- Experience in designing or managing wellbeing or engagement programs.
- Strong project management skills and cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Knowledge of mental health literacy and employee learning strategies.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Creative thinker, preferably with experience using Canva or similar tools.
- Ability to work in a global, remote, and fast-paced environment.
