Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and platform policies.
- Identify and report content related to abuse, threats, or violations of terms of service.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Document findings and escalate complex cases to senior moderators.
- Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with global colleagues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Strong awareness of social media trends, harmful content categories, and online behavior.
- Ability to remain emotionally resilient while handling sensitive or disturbing content.
