Key Responsibilities
- Guide prospective students and parents in selecting suitable learning programs
- Assess educational needs and career goals to recommend appropriate courses
- Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and chats to convert them into enrollments
- Explain course content, career prospects, and curriculum details accurately
- Stay updated on EdTech trends and offerings to provide personalized advice
- Work closely with sales and marketing to hit enrollment targets
- Maintain student records and track conversions in the CRM system
- Support students post-enrollment by resolving any onboarding queries
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Experience in academic counseling, sales, or EdTech is a plus
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to match student goals with course offerings
- Target-driven and performance-focused mindset
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and virtual platforms
- Must have own laptop and internet setup
