About the Role
This is a Work from Home opportunity for Amazon’s Virtual Customer Support (VCS) team based in Delhi/NCR. The role involves handling international voice support, ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via international voice support.
- Deliver prompt and efficient service to Amazon customers.
- Provide accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Follow company policies and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+2 (HSC).
- Graduates and postgraduates may also apply.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with web applications.
Eligibility
- Residents of Delhi or Delhi NCR only.
- Open to freshers and experienced professionals (0–5 years).
- Comfortable with night shifts and rotational week offs.
Salary
Base pay ranges from ₹3.64 LPA to ₹4.33 LPA depending on experience and performance.
