Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email to explain Bhanzu’s offerings.
- Follow up with leads and guide them to attend trial classes.
- Understand student/parent needs and tailor discussions to convert interest into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate client details and interactions using CRM tools.
- Represent Bhanzu’s mission and build meaningful rapport with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure seamless lead handoff and experience.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English & Hindi.
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and multi-channel outreach.
- Self-driven, energetic, and adaptable to startup work culture.
- Good organizational skills and basic tech-savviness.
- Must own a personal laptop.
- Willing to work 6 days/week in a performance-driven environment.
