Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of analysts for MIS reporting and data visualization projects.
- Build and maintain dashboards using Google Data Studio and MS Excel.
- Write optimized SQL (PL/SQL) queries to retrieve and validate data.
- Automate reports using Google Apps Script.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders globally to implement data solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Create SOPs, documentation, and training materials for reporting tools.
- Track KPIs, SLAs, and team metrics for internal performance reporting.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on reporting best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in IT, Statistics, or Business Analytics).
- 5–8 years of experience in MIS or data analytics roles.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, Google Sheets, PL/SQL, and Data Studio.
- Experience with automation (Google Apps Script or VBA) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and prioritize work in a fast-paced setup.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a bonus.
