Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the voice of Clipboard Health, providing real-time assistance to healthcare professionals via chat, voice, and email. This role is central to our goal of offering fast, reliable, and empathetic service. It’s a dynamic, growth-focused opportunity ideal for experienced support professionals ready to make a difference in the healthcare industry and grow into future leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time, high-quality support to healthcare professionals across multiple channels.
- Resolve issues related to scheduling, payments, shift cancellations, app troubleshooting, and onboarding.
- Update tickets and internal notes accurately using Zendesk, Salesforce, and internal dashboards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, product, and other operations teams to ensure service excellence.
- Report recurring trends and assist in root cause analysis to improve operations.
- Guide new users in setting up their accounts, understanding the app, and starting shifts successfully.
- Escalate sensitive issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of communication with the user.
- Consistently deliver support that meets unreasonably high standards.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in customer service roles involving chat, voice, or email support.
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking, quick decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
- Readiness to work weekends and during peak hours across global time zones.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare or BPO industries.
- Familiarity with MAC systems, Zoom, Slack, and internal knowledge bases.
- Ability to handle high call/chat volume environments with professionalism.
- Prior exposure to remote-first work culture.
Technical Requirements
- Wired internet connection with minimum 15Mbps speed.
- i5 processor or higher with at least 12GB RAM.
- Backup power and stable internet connection to support night shifts.
- Quiet and distraction-free work environment.
