Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients virtually and guide them to the appropriate team members via Zoom.
- Manage Zoom rooms, monitor chat activity, and handle hand-offs to support specialists.
- Facilitate live interactions, including video chats and customer transfers.
- Ensure a professional and friendly environment in the Zoom waiting room and during live interactions.
- Provide guidance on chat and Zoom features to customers.
- Escalate urgent support cases to managers or senior specialists as needed.
- Deliver feedback to internal teams to help optimize customer experience.
- Maintain organized records and support smooth scheduling workflows.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any discipline (mandatory).
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
- Proficient in Zoom, Slack, Google Suite, and spreadsheets (preferred).
- Experience in receptionist, support, scheduling, or front-desk roles preferred.
- Familiar with MAC systems and multitasking across digital platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm in fast-paced settings.
