Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients virtually and guide them to the appropriate team members via Zoom.
  • Manage Zoom rooms, monitor chat activity, and handle hand-offs to support specialists.
  • Facilitate live interactions, including video chats and customer transfers.
  • Ensure a professional and friendly environment in the Zoom waiting room and during live interactions.
  • Provide guidance on chat and Zoom features to customers.
  • Escalate urgent support cases to managers or senior specialists as needed.
  • Deliver feedback to internal teams to help optimize customer experience.
  • Maintain organized records and support smooth scheduling workflows.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in any discipline (mandatory).
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in Zoom, Slack, Google Suite, and spreadsheets (preferred).
  • Experience in receptionist, support, scheduling, or front-desk roles preferred.
  • Familiar with MAC systems and multitasking across digital platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm in fast-paced settings.
