Role Description
This is a unique opportunity to become part of the next-generation AI training workforce. As an AI Chatbot Trainer, you will be responsible for evaluating, correcting, and generating human-like conversations in both Hindi and English. These conversations help teach AI how to communicate more accurately and naturally. Your input will shape the AI’s understanding of human context, language, tone, and accuracy in multiple domains, including customer service, general knowledge, tech support, and more.
Responsibilities
- Hold back-and-forth conversations with AI in Hindi and English to evaluate naturalness and accuracy.
- Write and submit quality human-like replies to training prompts.
- Design realistic chat scenarios and simulate human interactions.
- Compare outputs from different AI models and provide detailed ratings or comments.
- Conduct quick research to verify the factual correctness of chatbot responses.
- Ensure tasks meet quality and formatting standards.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent command of both Hindi and English languages.
- Strong grammar, spelling, and contextual writing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing one) in any discipline.
- Critical thinking and logical evaluation capabilities.
