What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide day-to-day HR support to a global workforce, managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through exit.
- Coordinate with internal teams, legal partners, and external vendors to ensure HR compliance, local labor law alignment, and seamless experience.
- Ensure accurate processing of HR documentation, contracts, and employment letters for EOR employees in India and other regions.
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits setup, leaves, grievances, and HRIS records management via platforms like Deel, BambooHR, or Workday.
- Own and respond to complex employee queries via Zendesk or other support systems while maintaining high SLA standards.
- Collaborate with regional HRBPs, finance, payroll, legal, and global ops to build scalable HR processes and automation initiatives.
- Track metrics, analyze data, and help improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
What You Need to Succeed
- 3–5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a global or remote-first company.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices; familiarity with other regional regulations is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, ticketing platforms (Zendesk, JIRA), and remote team collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive situations with empathy, confidentiality, and a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and scale processes in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment.
