Role Summary
As an Insights Quality Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of Cision’s Insights products and services across internal teams and third-party vendors. Your primary responsibility will be tracking and analyzing key performance indicators, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping build a data-driven culture of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders across the Insights function and vendors to improve service quality and consistency.
- Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and conduct root cause analysis to drive improvements in processes, training, and automation.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and track SLA/KPI adherence, providing actionable feedback to teams.
- Create and present detailed scorecards, dashboards, and reports for internal review and leadership visibility.
- Ensure standardized quality review procedures across geographies and teams.
- Support a continuous improvement culture with ongoing reporting and documentation updates.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical mindset and experience handling performance data and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in QA, analytics, operations, or related roles.
- Familiarity with project management or process improvement frameworks.
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and adept at problem-solving.
- Confident using data tools, databases, and dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with third-party vendors or suppliers.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or project management credentials (preferred).
- Strong presentation and documentation skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methods.
