What You’ll Do
- Oversee AI training data projects from initiation through delivery in collaboration with project managers.
- Assign project tasks, ensure clear instructions, and track contributor progress.
- Serve as the first point of contact and support system for labelers and annotators.
- Handle community and contributor questions related to workflow, timelines, and tools.
- Ensure consistent quality control and review processes are implemented throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Monitor deliverables and timelines while reporting progress to internal stakeholders.
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to increase speed and quality.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in data labeling, project coordination, or operations.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup.
- Proficiency in project tracking tools and collaboration platforms like Slack, Google Sheets, Notion, etc.
Bonus Points
- Experience in machine learning or data annotation operations.
- Background in technical or analytical projects involving data review.
- Experience working across multiple time zones or with global teams.
