Job Description

Role: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

As a Customer Support Executive in the Myntra Voice Process, you will be responsible for handling customer queries through voice calls, resolving their issues effectively, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This is a permanent, full-time role with flexible work hours and the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via voice support in a clear, courteous, and timely manner.
  • Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt service.

System Requirements

  • Minimum Intel i3 processor (or better)
  • Genuine Windows Operating System (latest updated version)
  • Minimum 4GB RAM
  • Stable Wi-Fi connection with 50–60 Mbps internet speed (mandatory)
  • Laptop is mandatory for all stages including the interview

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Must have excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (V 5/6 level)
