Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales, customer success, finance, and legal to define and manage deal criteria and approvals.
- Optimize non-standard deals and lead communications for these transactions.
- Manage deal workflows, approvals, escalations, and contract guidance.
- Support automation, dashboards, analytics, and performance metric initiatives.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS/B2B, preferably in Deal Desk or Order Management.
- Understanding of Salesforce and familiarity with Netsuite.
- Knowledge of basic Revenue Recognition rules.
- Salesforce CPQ experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking ability, and interpersonal skills.
