Key Responsibilities
- Manage Level 2 escalation calls with professionalism and urgency.
- Liaise with global teams across US, EMEA, and APAC business lines.
- Act as a key point of contact for service-related escalations.
- Promote client programs and maintain accurate customer records.
- Support training and monitoring of call center agents for quality control.
- Ensure SLA adherence across lines of business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar or related support role.
- Confident communicator with high levels of customer service skills.
- Experience with Level 2 escalations and application support.
- Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced corporate environments.
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Attributes
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) background is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proven teamwork and collaboration across departments.
