About the Role
The Product Sales Specialist will work closely with Adobe’s Integrated Customer Experience (ICX) team to support and enable sales reps, drive product adoption, and grow revenue through Document Cloud and Creative Cloud products. As a subject matter expert, the specialist will guide sellers in consultative sales strategies, help close deals, and conduct outbound campaigns for new and existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Support ICX Sales Reps in closing new and renewal Document/Creative Cloud deals.
- Achieve assigned product quotas while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts.
- Drive growth by conducting outbound campaigns and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Deliver product demonstrations and articulate Adobe’s value proposition to clients.
- Assist in objection handling and navigating competitive positioning.
- Enable sales reps through coaching and product training sessions.
- Update CRM daily and participate in pipeline and forecast review meetings.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients to support long-term success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, presales, or business development, preferably in SaaS.
- Experience with consultative solution selling and customer relationship management.
- Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality product demos and presentations.
- Familiarity with Adobe Document Cloud, Creative Cloud, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong track record of meeting sales quotas and managing a sales pipeline.
Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
- Sales enablement and product coaching skills.
- CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and reporting accuracy.
- High attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
