About the Role
As a Global Wellbeing Engagement Specialist at Concentrix, you’ll lead the charge in enhancing employee wellbeing through global campaigns, events, and educational content. Reporting to the Global Wellbeing Program Manager, you’ll help drive awareness, participation, and impact of key wellness initiatives across all regions. This role is pivotal in delivering a seamless and engaging wellness experience for our global workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage global wellness training content, toolkits, micro-videos, and resources.
- Coordinate and execute global virtual events such as masterclasses, townhalls, fireside chats, and awareness campaigns.
- Create campaigns and internal communications to increase engagement with wellbeing programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as L&D, Communications, and Engagement to deliver cohesive content.
- Analyze performance metrics like email open rates, training completions, and event feedback to optimize strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in wellbeing program design or engagement strategy
- Strong project management skills and collaborative mindset
- Knowledge of mental health literacy and employee training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity in content development, ideally with Canva
- Experience working in a global and dynamic work environment
