Job Summary

Aircall is hiring Customer Support Specialists to join its global team. This is a fully remote opportunity tailored for professionals in India who can support users during evening shifts and weekends. If you’re a tech-savvy communicator passionate about customer satisfaction and solving technical challenges, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound support tickets and inquiries in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the Aircall platform.
  • Guide users through product features, updates, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with global support, product, and engineering teams for efficient issue resolution.
  • Be an advocate for customers and continuously suggest product improvements.

Work Schedule

  • Work during weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
  • Two weekdays off (Monday to Friday).
  • Shifts scheduled between 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM (India time).
  • 8 working hours per day with 1-hour break.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS customer support or relevant field.
  • Excellent communication in English (spoken and written).
  • Comfortable using ticketing tools, CRM platforms, and online support systems.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to explain technical concepts to users.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing queries under pressure.
  • Strong customer empathy and conflict resolution skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus.
