About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled, user-obsessed Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Experience team. You will be the first point of contact for users—traders, developers, and DeFi enthusiasts—navigating Mantle’s Web3 offerings. You’ll deliver real-time chat and email support, translate user pain into product insight, and play a crucial role in onboarding the next million users to Web3 finance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage real-time live chat and email support using Intercom and Zendesk.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate wallet, transaction, or gas fee issues to relevant teams.
  • Create and maintain public-facing knowledge base content, FAQs, and guides.
  • Provide empathetic, empowering support to users ranging from DeFi beginners to crypto power users.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to advocate for user needs.
  • Track SLAs, analyze support data, and contribute to strategic service improvements.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in customer-facing roles, ideally in fintech, crypto, SaaS, or tech support.
  • Excellent written and verbal English + Mandarin communication skills.
  • Proficiency with live support tools like Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar.
  • Understanding of basic blockchain, Web3 wallets (e.g., MetaMask), and L2 ecosystems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and adapt to rapidly changing environments.

Bonus Points

  • Experience supporting DeFi platforms, NFT marketplaces, or decentralized exchanges.
  • Fluency in any additional Asian languages (e.g., Bahasa, Tagalog, Hindi, etc.)
  • Knowledge of token bridges, on-chain analytics, or dApps on Ethereum.
  • Startup or remote-first team experience is a strong plus.
