Key Responsibilities
- Validate and audit accuracy of price inputs across millions of SKUs.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders including Retail and 3P Teams.
- Respond to and resolve pricing errors efficiently to meet SLAs.
- Create operational reports and audit summaries on a recurring basis.
- Identify and suggest improvements in pricing tools and quality systems.
- Provide training, SME-level guidance, and coaching on mapping operations.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of corporate experience.
- Background in eCommerce operations or audit functions.
- Experience in process management or ticket-based systems.
