Job Responsibilities
- Conduct research, document checks, and financial‑crime risk assessments via internal & external sources.
- Screen clients and transactions, flagging potential AML / CTF risks.
- Identify, investigate, and escalate suspicious activity to the escalation team.
- Review CDD/KYB documents to ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Analyse monitoring alerts to detect unusual or high‑risk behaviour.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
Skills Required
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal & written communication.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Collaborative attitude for cross‑team work (Risk, Compliance, Operations).
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and perform under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work rotating night/weekend shifts (24 × 7 coverage).
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Fluency in an additional language (e.g., Spanish, German, French).
- Prior experience in banking, fintech, AML, KYB, or risk operations.
- Certifications such as CAMS, ICA, or equivalent.
Requirements (Must Have)
- Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a secure home workspace.
- Flexibility to work night/weekend shifts as required.
