About the Role
This is a key early-stage hire working directly with the founder and team to drive sales operations, CRM, and content creation. You’ll gain startup experience across sales, marketing, client onboarding, and product development via no-code tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CRM updates and sales communication.
- Draft proposals, pricing, and follow-up emails.
- Support and organize sales calls and leads.
- Handle lead engagement, onboarding, and performance reports.
- Create SOPs, optimize sales processes, and introduce automations.
- Run email campaigns, create content and no-code features for the platform.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in sales/marketing, ideally in a startup or Western business.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and emotionally intelligent.
- Experience with CRM tools, documentation, and marketing content creation.
Salary
INR 8 – 12 LPA (based on experience and performance)
