Job Summary
We are hiring a Senior Customer Support executive to help elevate our customer success experience and drive world-class support operations remotely from India.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer concerns effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Maintain deep product/service knowledge to assist clients accurately.
- Document customer interactions in CRM systems in real-time.
- Collaborate across departments to solve complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy laws.
- Continuously improve by participating in upskilling/training sessions.
- Report feedback and recurring customer issues to management.

Qualifications
- 2+ years in a customer service or contact center role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and ticketing tools.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently during US night shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
