Role Summary
As a Hindi-speaking Business Development professional at ShareChat, you will identify, engage, and close high-impact sales and creator partnership opportunities. You will work with content creators in regional categories like astrology and devotion, ensuring their sustained engagement and growth on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Develop and nurture relationships with creators and content partners
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate content solutions
- Negotiate and close creator and partner agreements to meet targets
- Track performance, address concerns, and drive satisfaction
- Push growth in focused regional categories like Astro and Devotion
Required Skills & Experience
- Fluent in Hindi (spoken and written); business proficiency in English
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, creator relations, or social media sales
- Strong understanding of regional trends, pop culture, and online creator ecosystems
- Ability to independently drive tasks, meet deadlines, and handle pressure
- Attention to detail and a disciplined, organized working style
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regional content ecosystems or digital startups
- Familiarity with platforms like Moj, ShareChat, or similar creator-first products
- Understanding of monetization strategies and user acquisition in social media
