Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls effectively and professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns with accurate information.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide support through voice process in a 24×7 work environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Must have a laptop/desktop with minimum 8GB RAM.
- Wi-Fi connection with minimum 40 Mbps speed.
- Graduates and Undergraduates both eligible.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Work Details
- Full Work From Home (WFH).
- 6 days working with 1 rotational week off.
- 9-hour shift including 1-hour break (24×7 shift pattern).
