Experience Required:
1 - 6 Years
Job Description:
- Provide excellent customer support via international voice process.
- Communicate fluently in English, both verbal and written.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Work in rotational night shifts with rotational week-offs (Sunday off guaranteed).
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience by following company protocols.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation not mandatory. (High School diploma/Graduate candidates can apply)
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service (preferred, not mandatory).
- Willingness to work night shifts and rotational week-offs.
