Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate online profiles to assess candidate suitability.
- Initiate outreach via phone, Zoom, LinkedIn, and email.
- Conduct interviews to assess qualifications, commitment, reasoning, and fit.
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to final selection.
- Maintain detailed candidate records and system documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
