About the Role
Lokal is seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Caller to engage with potential hosts across India. The role involves outbound calls, onboarding users, and maintaining CRM records. Excellent communication in Tamil and basic tech skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing hosts
- Follow up on leads generated through campaigns
- Maintain detailed records of host interactions
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Train & onboard new hosts on the platform
- Stay updated on products, services, and offers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in a Telecaller or similar role
- Excellent verbal communication in Tamil
- Basic computer knowledge, CRM & Excel
- Strong negotiation and listening skills
Eligibility
- Must be fluent in Tamil (read, write, and speak)
- Comfortable with host rejection and resilient
- Ability to work in a team and meet targets
