Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customer queries via phone, email, or chat
- Guide customers through troubleshooting and setup assistance
- Accurately log, track, and resolve technical issues
- Work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams
- Assist in continuous improvement of knowledge base and internal documentation
- Deliver exceptional service while managing time and priorities effectively
Skills & Requirements
- Must-have: Fluent spoken and written English (C1 level)
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Comfortable working in remote or hybrid environments
- Basic experience with customer-facing roles or support functions preferred
- Proficient in using digital tools and support platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–3 years in support, IT helpdesk, or SaaS platform environments
- Understanding of cloud-based systems and healthcare technologies
- Previous experience using CRM/ticketing tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk
