The Challenge:
As a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) at Adobe, you will manage a defined patch of Adobe’s SMB customers, focusing on upselling and cross-selling Adobe Cloud-based solutions. You’ll help customers adopt solutions, optimize their product experience, and work closely with internal support teams when necessary.
What You’ll Do:
- Understand Adobe's Digital Media products and lead value-based conversations with customers.
- Build relationships with new and existing North American SMB customers.
- Drive up-sell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer profiles and needs.
- Manage opportunity pipelines and provide regular updates to management.
- Collaborate with solution specialists to maximize the footprint of Adobe solutions.
- Engage with support teams to resolve customer issues related to Creative Cloud subscriptions.
What You Need to Succeed:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably selling SAAS solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Flair for technology and the ability to engage in value-selling.
- Organized, task-oriented, with strong follow-through and documentation skills.
- Experience in international sales, particularly in North American markets.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
