Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes using the Workday Recruiting platform.
• Analyze and solve lower-complexity recruitment challenges.
• Collaborate with peers and update supervisors on progress.
• Engage internal and external candidates efficiently.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Follow moderate-level instructions on daily tasks and adhere to detailed guidelines for new assignments.
• Contribute as an individual contributor within the recruitment team.
• Maintain flexibility to work in rotational shifts as required by project demands.

Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or similar roles.
• Knowledge of recruiting systems, especially Workday Recruiting (preferred).
• Excellent adaptability and flexibility to handle diverse recruitment needs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
