Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and/or email.
- Assist with order queries, product information, payments, and website navigation.
- Prevent and resolve customer issues with a positive approach.
- Use various Amazon tools to research and offer appropriate solutions.
- Ensure an excellent customer service experience with every interaction.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Comfortable using computers and navigating web applications.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime if required.
- A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home (dedicated desk and chair).
- Wired broadband internet connection with minimum 100MBps download and 20MBps upload speed.
