About the Role
NoBroker.com is seeking enthusiastic Junior Sales Executives to join growing team. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, contacting leads, and closing sales to help grow our customer base. This is a remote position ideal for self-motivated individuals who can work independently and meet targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities and potential customers.
- Initiate outbound calls and build relationships with prospects.
- Recommend NoBroker solutions to clients and close deals.
- Conduct daily follow-ups on existing and new leads.
- Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: 10th/12th pass, Diploma, Graduate, or Post Graduate.
- 0–3 years of work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word).
Eligibility
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates currently pursuing education are not eligible.
- Must know English and Hindi along with Kannada/Tamil/Telugu.
- Availability for 6-day work week with weekday off.
- Flexible to log in during day shifts between 8 AM – 10 PM.
- Laptop with webcam and good internet connection required.
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹14,000 (in hand) + ₹6,000 variable pay
Internet allowance: ₹2,000
