About the Role
The Customer Service Representative - L1 role aims to provide effective technical support and actively resolve client issues while meeting process SLAs. The role involves managing client queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Field incoming help requests via telephone and/or emails in a courteous manner.
- Document and track all client queries and problem-solving steps.
- Provide effective problem resolution in line with defined SLAs.
- Maintain internal knowledge bases to assist in troubleshooting and resolution.
- Escalate serious client issues to the team leader when necessary.
- Follow up with clients and provide feedback on query resolution.
- Update job knowledge by participating in self-learning opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or technical support.
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to document and analyze client queries effectively.
Eligibility
- Must have the ability to work in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
