Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Guide and counsel potential learners about NxtWave courses and career paths.
  • Provide career advice and explain how CCBP 4.0 Programs can accelerate their growth.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle: calls, product demonstrations, closing sales, and post-sales relationship management.
  • Maintain lead database and share feedback on lead quality.
  • Achieve weekly revenue and enrollment targets.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent Hindi communication and presentation skills.
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with learners.
  • Sales mindset with the ability to build rapport easily.
  • Systematic approach to managing sales funnels and exceeding targets.
  • Basic proficiency in English (advantage).
  • Experience in EdTech sales is a plus.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Any Graduate (UG)
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in customer interaction/sales.
  • Native Hindi speaker.
