Job Summary

Google is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented GO-AI Associate for its 2024 hiring program. Basic Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 0–24 months of work experience in any domain.
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Non-engineering academic background is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on teamwork.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high data accuracy and maintain excellent attention to detail in daily tasks.
• Utilize MS Office tools effectively for reporting and data management.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the Internet and navigate tools/applications required for daily operations.
• Exhibit strong listening skills to understand and execute tasks efficiently.
• Maintain and enhance operational quality through continuous monitoring and feedback loops.
