Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all customer interactions as per scheduled shifts and rosters.
  • Respond to customer calls with the right tone, empathy, and understanding.
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability in resolving issues.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, systems, and policies.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation in any discipline (UG/PG).
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in BPO, customer service, or telecom.
  • Located in India; preference for candidates from Madhya Pradesh (as per hiring office).
