Job Description

We are hiring a Recruitment Team Lead for one of our clients. This remote position is based in India. As a Recruitment Team Lead, you will drive talent acquisition strategies, manage a team of recruiters, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process. Ideal candidates are strategic thinkers with outstanding leadership skills and a passion for recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop a team of recruiters to attract top talent.
• Oversee recruitment activities including application screening and candidate pipeline management.
• Collaborate with department leads and hiring managers to efficiently close open roles.
• Monitor recruitment performance metrics daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Implement process improvements across all recruitment functions.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset with innovative recruiting strategies.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred).
• Proven experience managing recruitment in dynamic environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal English communication skills.
