Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Conversion: Proactively engage with inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Customer Interaction: Understand students' unique requirements and provide personalized accommodation recommendations.
• Market Expertise: Build in-depth knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice to students.
• Follow-Up: Maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups to ensure closure and repeat business.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Data Management: Accurately record and manage all customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks, ensuring a high conversion rate and achieving business goals.
