You will work remotely to moderate ad content and ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies, delivering a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Moderate advertisements including images, text, audio, and video to ensure compliance with ad guidelines.
- Identify and flag inappropriate, political, or sexual content as per policy standards.
- Stay updated on global trends and current events to moderate ads based on context.
- Audit ad content across various categories and advertising programs.
- Review advertiser emails and customer feedback in English or the assigned language.
- Use translation tools when required to assess ad content.
- Consistently meet quality and productivity metrics.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools and applications.
