About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage inbound calls professionally.
- Schedule, modify, and cancel medical appointments using booking software.
- Manage and interpret patient records, faxes, and medical documents.

Qualifications
- Fluent in English & Punjabi (speaking, reading, interpretation).
